The Awareness elearning example was Flash Based, scorm compatible, and armed with book marking feature that kept the trainee on track. The purpose of the course was to make the trainee more aware of the dangers in workforce related troubleshooting procedures.
The course was designed to integrate as a seamless part of an existing SCORM LMS system. The course included several practice activities to simulate effects and display results of failure to adhere to proper safety protocol.
ISD
The instructional design of the course was behavioral and cognitive based. It employed both intrinsic and visual delayed feedback which provide real-time learn-from failure-opportunity they encountered during the training.
The course is online and web based, it is currently delivered via LMS.
